...took over 5 months.ordered the door in early Sept ...was installed ..at the end of feb....was mis lead over and over ..by far the worst company i ever dealt with.

Hi John,
I have looked up your name in our system and realized that all of our jobs were installed before December 31st, 2009. There was one door where there was a supplier issue which we directed immediately to them.
I will agree with you that due to the overwhelming response to the Home Renovation Tax Credit there was a delay in installations. The product took much longer to produce due to the increased demands on manufacturers and our crews were working days, nights and weekends to accommodate our clientele. It was certainly a government program that obviously worked for everyone.
