Installers were great as were the salesmen. We selected GEM because we wished to keep the original look of the home which is 60 years old. The install occurred on the hottest days of this summer and the installers worked very hard despite the heat and the challenges associated with a brick to brick window installation. Jim followed up with us during the installation and afterwards as well to ensure that we were satisfied. Great work guys! Highly recommended.
