Customer Vinyl Pool & Landscape Design
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The overall experience in choosing Gib-San Pools and Landscape creations as the builder of choice for our project was most certainly a positive one. With Jay as our designer we were able to fit in all the elements that we had hoped for and more. Our project manager Fernando was outstanding; he was available regularly and made us feel comfortable during every step of the instillation. If I were to make any suggestion on an area which could use improvement it would maybe be the after support, being a new pool owner I do have many questions and a faster response time would be ideal. All in all we love our new backyard and can’t wait to start enjoying it this summer.
