Steve Hall was great from the start.
Our first meeting took about 2 hours for him to gather all our requirements, but had to scale down a bit due to our budget. Even with the budget constraints (relatively small project for him, ~200 Sq. Ft deck) he was able to deliver a great deck. Overall project took a total of 2 days, but some material delay it took about 2 weeks. There were some imperfections on some of the composite boards and couldn't use it so he had to order more.
As any contracting projects there were concerns but he was very solution oriented and quick to respond. The concerns were minimal, he didn't put down the landscape cloth that blocks plants from growing, called him and fixed it the next day. The other one I had to point out to him was regarding the drain pipe. They had to remove the cement block that runs the water away from the house. I called him and asked him what we can do, he told me to buy an roof drain pipe extension and his team was able to install it.
Overall, I would 100% recommend Steve. If I had to build another deck, I would definitely call him again.
