I have bought a sectional sofa for my family room but unfortunately the sofa was too big and didn't fit my space well, it didn't flow and just didn't work as it was a big piece in a brown color. A few days later a connected with Sean and he was amazing! He said there is no problem just let me know what you want and we will be happy to change the sofa for you. I went there on a Saturday afternoon and the store was packed! Even thought, Sean found time to take care of me, he spent time showing me some other options, he gave me some suggestions and he was friendly all the time (we spent hours in the store). We ended up exchanging the brown sectional sofa for another model and i had no problem at all! Sean sent the guys to pick up the old one and delivered the new one in just 2 days!
I bought my first set of natuzzi sofa in this place and came back to buy the second set and will go back again if i need to.
