they showed up very late with no calls.
They said they would pretreat stains etc and remove them, but i found that 90% of the stains were still there although i understand that a lot of those stains were probably not removable, it didn't seem like they tried very well to clean it. Overall they did the job in about half the time they said they would and didn't seem worth my money.
