There is a lady with name Danna in one of their offices...very rude very bad customer service...so many cancellation of their appointments...charging us $150 for the first visit and giving us very expensive estimation in compare with other companies and they never showed up... poor poor customer service...

For more than 8 months we have been using a reputable Pest Control Company to bait and poison mice we have living in our garage and attic. While the poison has been successfully killing the mice that have entered our home, it has not prevented new mice from getting in.

In early February 2012, we knew that our “mouse problem” was becoming more serious, as the level of activity and noise in our attic had increased dramatically. After researching on the internet, I found ICE (Innovative Care of the Environment, Inc.) and I liked their philosophy regarding wildlife and the environment, very respectful. Once I made the call, we were able to get a thorough inspection of our home within a few days.

Owen and Rich showed up bright and early Saturday morning for the Inspection of our home. After more than an hour going through all potential exterior entry points ( garage, roof, gaps in the mortar etc.) and inspecting our attic, Owen(the Area Supervisor) broke the news to us that we not only had a mouse problem, but a full blown ‘infestation’. Owen identified our key problem areas and explained to us how ICE could prevent our problem from reoccurring. The quote and explanation were very detailed and despite appearing costly at first glance, with a 3 year written guarantee of their work, we knew this was the right company to deal with our infestation.

Within a week, we had a team onsite consisting of Adam and Rich. They paid meticulous attention to detail: screening all roof vents and pipes, caulking the entire house, filling in every gap in our mortar, wire screening the inside of our garage - essentially sealing off any entry points for mice. The project was of massive and detailed proportion, taking more than 4 days to complete. Adam and Rich were polite, friendly, and respectful to our property – very professional. Adam was an excellent team lead, he kept the project moving and kept us informed as it was happening.

We were very pleased with the end result and the great communication we had with our Technicians but also with the Administrative staff, Linda and Donna were terrific and couldn't have been more helpful!! I would highly recommend ICE based on our very positive experience.

ICE Inc. saved us from another company's poor work!

We initially hired another wildlife control company to remove a family of red squirrels from our attic. A few weeks after their work was "done", we noticed a very bad smell in one of the bathrooms. After hounding them to recheck the attic (suspecting a dead animal trapped inside and now dead and rotting), they finally sent a technician to check - he did a very cursory check, found nothing, suggested we start randomly cutting our dry wall to find the source of the smell, charged us (on top of what we had already paid for the initial work) and left.

That's where ICE Inc. comes in. We called them to explain our strong suspicion that there was a dead animal left behind in the attic and requested they come check it out. They were extremely courteous and helpful and sent a technician out the next day. He was very thorough in investigating the smell first in the house and then went up to the attic. He located the carcass of a red squirrel, removed it, deodorized the area in the attic as well as the house, and the smell was gone within 24 hrs. We were extremely pleased the with competence and professionalism of this gentleman, and would not hesitate to recommend this ICE Inc. to anyone who needs wildlife (dead or alive) removed from their property.

used this company for insect prevention so the home was sprayed and was advise not to paint the baseboard area for a month. when they checked the attic it was recommended mice abatement which was approx 225 for approx 1/2 dozen boxed traps which did not think it was a good value considering the rep indicated a case of these traps did not cost a lot. I would suggest taking care of the mice yourseld. overwise the rep that came to the house was professional

This company has phone numbers in Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington & Halton Hills/Milton. They charged me 140 to come out to assess our problem. The guy looked at the porch and said a skunk could live there. Then he said it would be at least 700 to dig and screen the area. I did not notice he evaluated the area any more than we had. He did not look for any tell-tale signs or go close enough to use any sort of expertise. For his guess that a skunk could be living under the porch he charged me 140! They called back a week later to follow up and I told them that the price was exorbitant and that they already had received enough from me. We turned the hose on and tried to flush out a skunk and nothing happened so we are just leaving the lights on at night for now. There is no other way to get rid of a skunk. I believe the charge for the inspection is not worth the money unless they do a thorough investigation and confirm the presence of the skunk before you go to the next step spending 700 to dig and screen.

This company was amazing!! I had squirrels nesting in my attic and I had no clue how to get rid of them. I love wildlife but outside - I didn't wish to share my house with them. I called ICE and explained the problem and they were here the next day. The squirrels were humanely removed and the small holes under the eaves mended perfectly. I couldn't have been more pleased with their work. They even called me a week later to ensure that I was no longer sharing my house with a family of squirrels!

very pleased with the response to my carpenter ant problem, which also took care of my sow bug problem that I didn't know I had...I have a bug free home now!!!

My experience with ICE started with a phone call to the office. The staff were so helpful and informative. Immediately my stress disappeared.
When their technician Owen came out, he was excellent. Their humane removal of the raccoon and the way they fixed my roof was better than any contractor I have dealt with.
From the start to the finish, their expertise, punctuality and customer service was by far the best I have had in my 60 years of dealing with people. I would recommend ICE to everyone, and have had many neighbours say the same. Great work !!!!!!

Wasp removal was fine, but then canceled a follow up appointment for pitiful reasons. Offered absolutely no discount or any compensation.I delayed a family trip to suit their schedule, and this was the thanks I got. Terrible business sense and not someone that I will ever give my business to again.
