I called Knox insulation and got a returned called that day, very knowledgeable, described what they were going to perform and explained the problems I was encountering. The price was competetive, the reason I chose them over other companies was the length of time they have been in business over their competitors..They did everything they said they would do plus more.......KNOX ROCKS
