Contacted Knox Insulation to install 2 new roof vents, 2 insulated duct pipes to kitchen and bath exhaust fans, and upgrade attic insulation to R50. Their quote was very competitive (in the middle of 3 quotes).
Began with a scheduling error which was corrected immediately by Kyle from Knox, with an expedited work date.
Kyle and Harvey showed first thing on the scheduled morning and prepared the work site with drop clothes. They were finished within 3 hours and vacuumed the work area after removing the drop clothes.
Kyle asked if I would have a look in the attic and I could not believe the even lay of the blown insulation (looks like a carpet). He also showed me a photo he took of the duct pipe connections so I would be comfortable with that work (used proper clamps, not just tape).
We have not had rain since the work was done, but given the quality of the other work performed I do not anticipate any leaking issues.
I would not hesitate to recommend Knox.
