signed up for their full service package in 2013. disappointed from their first visit. my property is slightly bigger than average & they consistently did not apply enough product. there were clear tracks of where they applied product and I sent pictures to prove. they had to come back almost every visit after sloppy service. the products they use is good but they skimp on coverage. I emailed them every time so I have records. I stayed home one morning to cut the lawn short, when their tech arrived he said he would come back in an hour and didn't. waited until the following Monday so that was a waste. I emailed my cancellation on Dec 2013 because if you don't notify them they keep coming and billing you. I thought that business practice was illegal? they called me in March to convince me to continue but I said no way. today (April 2014) I receive and contract and invoice for $500 and it says if I don't contact them they will continue to bill me. how do I make this company go away? if you have a small lawn then maybe Lawnsavers is OK but for any larger than normal lawn I would not recommend. my lawn did have issues and I understand that I takes more than one season to correct it but they never came out to visit once and only wrote small notes about seeding, clovers, bugs. hard to cancel with them.
