I am sorry that the insident, with our company was not handled properly, as far as your deposit is concerned, we had tried several time to deliver it to you at your home and were not able to. We even left a business card in your door to show that we had tried to return it. As it was paid in cash we wanted to return it in the same form please Call me and let me know when is a good time to return it to you, again I am sorry for the way this was handled.
