My alarm provider recently switched to Reliance as their monitoring company of choice. Twice my alarm has been tripped recently by my daughter and in both cases the monitoring company did not bother to follow up to see if there was an issue. With the previous monitoring service I always received a courtesy call within minutes to check to see if everything was OK. To be honest it makes me wonder why I am paying $20 a month for this service. While I understand that nothing was wrong in this case how does the security company know that someone isn't in my house and forcing me to disable the alarm? I would definitely not renew my contract when the term expires.

I contracted Lachin Landscaping to complete my front walkway and a retaining wall around my front garden. They provided an excellent quote and came in on budget. The work was completed within a week and the workers were courteous and efficient. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the final result. In fact when I made the final payment the owner came back to say that I had paid $100 too much and returned the check to have another one issued in the correct amount. I can not say enough good things about these people and their ethics.

My experience with Loc-Tite was satisfactory. While I did decide to go with another contractor for the job that I needed done they were professional and offered a competitive quote. I know that others who have used their services have been happy with the services rendered.
