I really don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from, Mattamy has done a fantastic job with our house! Our possession date was right on time and we had very few bumps in the road. Any minor bumps we had were rectified immediately, no questions asked. The only thing that might throw people off, which wasn't a big deal for us was that some of our hardwood was back ordered so we had a few strips of another colour. The colour was very close but was fixed as soon as the product was in (approx 1 week after we moved in). The site managers (Gary & Wayne) has been amazing & is so helpful. He's always in the area & if we ever need something, he gets it done for us immediately. He even got 2 of his guys to mount our 2 TV's for us. That's just one example of how he goes above and beyond to do what he can for us. We also had a few minor dings in the wall, which is expected in a new home, but he didn't wait until the 30 day to fix them, he fixed them after 1 week. I have absolutely no complaints with our house, especially the building process & the finished product. I would definitely recommend Mattamy to friends & family.
