We took possession of our new condo with bare concrete in about 2/3 of the floor area due to disagreements with the builder. We found Mihalic Hardwood Floors through the Mirage Flooring website. (This is the flooring used by the builder in the condo.) Mr. Mihalic was very quiet and unaggressive, but we felt confident about contracting our job to his company. They did a beautiful job, installing the flooring with contrasting borders in all the rooms and hallways and patterns in the many corners of the living-dining room. They also installed a custom medallion which was made for us in Pennsylvania.
The job was completed in a timely fashion at reasonable cost and we were very pleased.
