Ralph and his team are amazing. Ralph was so quick to respond to all my messages and tried his best to find the optimal solution for all my flooring needs within my budget. His team is incredibly efficient and courteous. They finished the flooring on my entire house much quicker than I anticipated. The workmanship is high quality and they pay attention to detail. Ralph and his crew helped my family and I out after we had a bad experience with a previous contractor. They basically had to redo our entire main floor flooring. Ralphs crew was exceptionally careful to not dismember the rest of my newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. They were very professional, meticulous and fairly priced. The best part of all was that Ralph and his crew started my job and did not leave until the job was complete, unlike other contractors that come and go to different jobs. The end result was amazing and I am more than assured that this floor will last through the years. I cant thank Ralph and Chris and there guys enough for digging me out of a tight spot. Ralph and his team did an amazing job of refinishing my hardwood floor and they were able to create the exact colour in the stain that I was looking for. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend them to any one looking to refinish their hardwood floor.

Ralph and Phillip did an excellent job from start to finish for our small kitchen and front entrance. Ralph always responded to my questions quickly and was very professional and helpful prior to and during the job. We had a mixture of laminate and ceramic floors in our condo. It was ugly and the laminate was peeling. I was very disappointed with our floors. We got Ralph and his team to come and redo our floors. Extremely convenient with them. We got our new vinyl planks from Ralph and had his team to install it in two days. Our floors are now beautiful. We have had work done by Focus on Flooring twice now and have been consistently impressed with the high quality of work, work ethic, reliability and responsiveness of everyone on the team. They have replaced the kitchen floor, remodeled stairs & railing, removed popcorn ceiling, replaced baseboards, trim & painted entire main floor. Ralph and his team did an excellent job laying laminate and vinyl flooring in our home covering approx 2500 sq feet. They removed the existing flooring and completely changed the look of the home. His team were respectful to our home and worked around other crews also completing work in the home. Very organized and upfront pricing compared to many other stores visited for pricing.
