Installtion of new furnace and tankless water tank
Overall was a good experience. However, I felt their sales rep should have been more knowledgeable as he recommended an AC installation when my electrical panel did not have enough AMPS to support the installation. I found out later there would be an additional cost of between $7,000 to $10,000 to upgrade my electrical panel so I decided to cancel the AC installation.
I also was recommended to convert my old standard furnace into a new high efficiency furnace, but was never advised that it would require additional piping and dry wall removal to make the installation. However, Morris the installer was excellent and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed about everything regarding the installation and showed me how to operate the new furnace and tankless water heater. Overall, it ended up being a positive experience as the installation people were excellent!
