Contacted Milani due to drainage system issue, within 15 minutes received a call back saying plumber on the way. Plumber Shawn S. Was prompt and very professional, he explained all the process and issues. Shawn did everything he could to fix the problem. When Shawn found the problem were due to roots from a city tree & city property he explained how to contact the city of Vancouver and explain the situation. Shawn provides great service and gives a positive impression of Milani.
