I took in this antique, Italian settee, expensive piece of furniture. I wanted to modernize it and have a feather cushion made, upholster the seat, back, and armrests.
I brought in my own white denim fabric, and my own new Swiss down feather bed to use as filling for cushion.
I spent 1/2 day in their store to pull all nail heads off my settee, and left my furniture bare bones for them to work on.
Well, what they did, they folded the bed in half and filled the inside corners of my cushion with old, scrap foam. The new upholstery was mounted lose on it and they lost my fabric remnants needed to tailor 3" long arm protectors for my couch.
When I called back and complained mentioning that they did not abide by our upholstery agreement we have made prior to me bringing this furniture in, the lady owner was rude, snubbed me and hung up on me.
Horrible work, horrible service.
