Mr. Gupta can accurately, and quickly diagnose the root cause of an issue, which is key to troubleshooting it in a timely and cost effective manner. He has built a high performing team - nimble and responsive in troubleshooting issues in a timely manner, which is a critical requirement, when an A/C or Furnace fails.
