Job was not fixed. Plumber had to come three times.
Finally he said I needed a new faucet and to install would be an additional $360.00 on top of what I already paid. Called the office and they basically didnt care and kept saying he came out three times. Thats because he didnt diagnose the problem correctly.

Our technician came to your home when you called about a leak which was caused by a hole in the rusted water supply hose. Our technician recommended the replacement of the shut off valves and faucet along with the water supply line to which you refused the recommendation and only completing the hose replacement. Each time you contacted our company, we had our technician come to you and make the same recommendation to which you continue to refuse. We did our best to assist you in the matter, however, we are limited as we must respect your decision as a homeowner.
