Replacing drain under front yard
I contacted this company because of their amazing reviews. I cannot say enough of how pleased I am with their service. I had a different company (that has a great reputation) give me a quote on a drain pipe that was clogged with roots from a front yard tree. They told me I had to eliminate the 80 year old tree before they would even look at my issue. Living in Toronto. That’s impossible. I called New Canadian for a leaky under sink line. Mark showed up. Fixed my issue. As I spoke to him about the root issue. He said. No problem. We can put a camera in and figure out a solution.
The next day a crew came in (in February) dug down 9’ and replaced the 5’ of clay pipe with roots from the tree. I cannot say enough of the professionalism and amazing work they did under extreme conditions.
From Mark and his recommendations to the guys who showed up everyday.....thank you. Hard work. Professional and after the work was done. I cannot even tell they were here. If you need a plumber. This is the company. I have recommended them to several people.
