Brian provided a quote the day I contacted him. The work was easily scheduled and done quickly. The house is much brighter! I will be calling on Brian again in the future.

The service was quick and professional. From obtaining an estimate to setting up the appointment. They were able to do most of the work via email. The technician who came was finished in approximately an hour. He was polite and friendly. All the garbage was tidily set aside. I liked the fact that I could've paid by cash, cheque or credit card. I would definitely use their service again.

I sent New View an email a week ago to get my exterior windows cleaned. I was told that because of the rainy weather they were behind but would make sure my windows got done this week. I told them what I wanted done - They gave me an estimate over the phone (very competitive) - and i came home today and it was fantastic to walk into my house and see the sun shining through my windows. They even cleaned the ledges ...BONUS !! And a couple of skylights ... BIG BONUS!!. Thanks Brian and Naixin I am keeping your number.

After calling a few places to have the same day service for condo window and railing with frame cleaning - Brian from the New View Window got time slot for me on the same day. The result was amazing, since I believe there was no thorough cleaning after the building was erected about 6 years ago. The condo is listed for sale and the best asset it has is the view - I got the view back after the great job of cleaning was done. Thanks a lot!

After many months of construction at my neighborhoods and a summers worth of dust, New View came in and did a fantastic job. Profession, thorough and very affordable. They also were on site within 2 days of calling in for services.

There are three tall trees around our house that fill the eavestrough full every fall. I clean most of them myself, however there are a couple of high sections I am not be able to reach. Brian told me that he is fully booked until the end of the year but would try his best to fit me in his schedule. He gave me a rough quote over the phone based on the information I provided which I thought was reasonable. Naixin did the job pretty quickly, stuffing all the leaves in the yard paper bags and placing them on the street curb for the city pickup. He even cleaned the leaves from a section of the roof that has a slow run, which was beyond our verbal agreement.
I appreciate their honesty as they readjusted the original quote to a lower amount after seeing the job at the site. I will definitely use their service in the future, and recommend them to all my neighbours.

We called New View after reading all the positive reviews on Homestars. They cleaned all the windows on our 3 storey home, both inside and out. It was a sweltering hot day, and they didn't stop until the job was done. So pleased with the work, the very reasonable price, and their great customer service. Thank you!

The company is used all over the area and came highly recommended by neighbours. Although not the cheapest they were on time, thorough and professional. We live in a 3 story house with many old dirty windows. They were sparkling. Will use this company again.
