The kind service was a great change from many other businesses of today. A front receptionist, plenty of parking room and ease of dropping off and picking up my rugs was very simple. On the spot carpet cleaners, a family run business, has definitely passed knowledge through the generations. My rugs look new and smell nice. After a paint spill I called them for help. I am a long time satisfied customer. Linda told me to keep the the area wet so I scraped off the excess, spritzed it and covered with wet paper towelling. The guys arrived quickly to pick it up. It came back today and there is absolutely no trace
of my mistake. Huge sigh of relief! I would have had to redecorate if they
had not done what they do so well. Much thanks to everyone.

OnThe Spot came highly recommended by many of our friends and we were not disappointed. We had not had a our carpets cleaned since they were installed (not a good idea!) - the result was excellent. We had a question about one of the rooms and On the Spot responded quickly and professionally. They came out, had a look, and redid a small area for us. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will be calling them on an annual basis going forward!

I recommend this company to all my friends. We used their services since 2000. Linda, the person that answers the phone, is always friendly and accommodating with the dates and time. Our daughter’s town house carpet was cleaned impeccably by them (Todd and Danny), this spring. We just used their services on Wednesday, on an Oakville condo. It is harder in a condo, because they cannot use their powerful equipment that they have on the truck. Two friendly guys showed up (Todd and Kyle ), with a powerful steam/cleaner/ vacuum. They just used some hot water from the bathroom faucet. They used towels to wipe their shoes and any water that could be on the tile floor.
No mess, no marks on any of the walls and the beige carpet, looks great. The best carpet cleaning.
