Roy is a great representative and very good at managing the customer relations and making a stong effort to accomodate requests by the customer. Roy was able to accomodate my timeline which involved putting in new plywood and then coming back 5 weeks later to do the rest of the job while we did other work in. Roy came by on several occasions to discuss details about the job and came up with good solutions.

We decided to have Invision into our house after seeing the fantastic hardwood flooring job that they completed in my sister's house. 
We immediately felt comfortable with Roy and more than trusted his judgement. 
We were very impressed with his attention to detail, and his ability to understand our wants and flooring needs. 
The installation team were amazing! Prompt, punctual, skilled and efficient. 
We had every square inch of flooring redone in our house. All hardwood ripped up, subfloors and and new maple wood laid down, new cork floors in the kitchen, as well as the stair case redone in solid maple, and it was all completed in about 7 days! 

We will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family, and will call on them all over again for future work.  

We love coming home to the new floors, it has changed the feel of our house completely!

Recently we had hardwood floors installed throughout the first floor of our house. We worked with Dov & Roy from Invision Hardwood and Decor. We are very pleased with the results. Dov demonstrated a very professional manner and was meticulous in explaining the hardwood flooring process. The installation went well and Dov was in contact with us throughout it, giving us updates and explanations on any unexpected obstacles that arose. Any questions and/or concerns we had were respectfully listened to and addressed. We are very happy with our new floors and recommend Invision Hardwood & Decor.

I came upon Invision Hardwood & Decor at the National Home Show this past Spring (2012) while searching for a booth selling Mercier hardwood. I met Roy, we discussed my needs and within days he was measuring our space. He followed up in no time with a very detailed quote. We replaced our old carpet throughout the second floor of our townhouse with Mercier hardwood. I wanted a new step installed on one side of the second floor landing that hadn't originally existed so it required an innovative solution to create the illusion of a stringer and a step that has always been there. A solution to this dilemma was arrived at quickly through a discussion between Roy, the installers and myself. As you can see in the photos, it's impossible to tell which step didn't exist prior to Invision's involvement.
Roy is a genuine people person. He has the rare ability to connect with people and understand their wishes. He is professional, friendly and accommodating to the needs and budgets of his customers.
The installers are exceptionally skilled which shows up in their workmanship. They asked for my opinion whenever there was an installation option that required a decision. This alone was a very favourable experience compared to my experience with another flooring company.
We are extremely pleased with the end result. The floors look amazing. We would definitely recommend Invision to anyone looking to have hardwood flooring installed and exceptional service. We will be calling Invision again to have new hardwood installed on the second flight of stairs.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and I appreciate it being finished on the long weekend! Miguel and his assistant also did some cleanup which was helpful to me. The floors look very nice and the work exceeded my expectations. I was very happy that they were able to salvage the steps Thanks to Invision, Hardwood & Decor.

In August of 2011 Murray and I welcomed Invision into our home to investingate our needs, make suggestions and to offer available products and sercvie.
We visited the showroom numerous times. Each time we were welcomed. We were presented with information on the many products and were not pressured into making decisions.

The labourers were pleasant, on-task and businesslike. they worked very hard.
The work was completed in a timely fashion and excellent effort was made to encourage satisfaction.
We have also had an excellent follow up experien as well.

I replaced carpeting in 3 bedrooms with prefinished hardwood. Both Dov and Roy were pleasant to deal with and most importantly were fair with pricing. I always received prompt responses to emails and phone calls. The installers were great, and completed the job in one day. I would use them again without question.
