John from Precision Carpet Cleaning came and was very friendly and explained everything. There were no hidden costs and when he made a suggestion there was absolutely no pressure to upsell. He did a great job and got all stains out of our off-white carpets. He was very helpful. I would use Precision Carpet Cleaning again and recommend them.
