Priority Plumbing

A sudden burst pipe connection caused a flash flood in my lower level bathroom and hall. Luckily, I was close by and heard the sound
of gushing water. Could not turn off the bathroom shut-off as the water was splashing my face. Ran to the main shut-off valve, closed it, and on my way back to the bathroom passed a phone ringing - by chance it was a recorded message from Priority plumbing. I pressed 1 for a receptionist and explained my need to Alison. She took instant action and Kyle was on his way promptly. He made the needed replacement and checked the system as well. He was prompt, polite, friendly, and cleaned up well. Very nice to deal with this company
