An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I called Priority Plumbing this morning because my wife and I smelt something rotten in the basement. Greg, their technician arrived on time and was very honest and professional. He was convinced that the smell was not plumbing related, and it turned out that he was right when he found a dead rat in the basement. Not only were we very happy that we would not have to spend what we thought would be hundreds of dollars on a basement repair, but we were very impressed with Greg’s honesty.
