Prompt service, and very honest about what was needed and offered options and different price points. They come when they say they will and do not overcharge for services. The service person also cleaned up his mess.

I guess that's because my biggest complaint when ever service guys have come to my house, is that they don't put down work mats under their tools and don't clean up their mess. O.K. they don't wear shoe covers, aren't polite, don't fix it right, and don't show up on time either, but that's besides the point.
