From the moment I contacted Anthony at RCC, they were responsive and professional. Anthony came out to assess the work, measured it up, described the process for repairs, provided recommendations, answered all my questions and subsequently provided a detailed quote. Once accepted, Lachante in the office at RCC went into action arranging the locates. Soon after the locates were complete they scheduled the work. When the team showed up, they knew exactly what they were doing from the detailed instructions prepared by Anthony on the quote. Roger and the two others on the crew were personable, professional, efficient and answered any questions I had throughout the day they were there. They worked hard and the quality of work was impeccable and I took pictures for my records. At the end of the day, they had restored my property to the way they found it as if they had never been there. I have to say that I was impressed and have no reservations recommending RCC.
