Hi,
we accepted RCC quote with a condition if we got a better price from other company for same job, they match the price for us.
after paid down payment $500 , contacted another company and they offered $500 less for the same job and quality plus accepted to re install and put back patio interlock after finishing the job on a later time which was rejected by RCC
contacted sale person Mr. Nader and RCC office manger as it was promised to match the price and after a few times phone calls finally sales person came with some excuses like the other company is not like us with many yeas experience or they might ask you for more money after they start the job and also they are not focus in waterproofing since accepted to put back your patio interlocks ,...!!

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We do indeed match or beat any “competitors” quote based on the following criteria; WSIB for waterproofing, Insurance for waterproofing and the equivalent quality materials.
My consultant had asked me to review the quote, and unfortunately the company was not a reputable waterproofing company and did not meet any of the criteria listed above.
