Rick was our waterproofing consultant who was very knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring throughout the entire project. He kept on top of things and was always available to answer any questions or concerns.
I am thankful to Rick and RCC for sending a very competent group of workers to install a complete water control/sump pump system in my basement. Chris, Marco, John, Raymond and Nicola were a very professional, competent and hard-working team. They are very efficient at what they do, and have mastered all the techniques right down to the last detail. They have combined the art of working fast and paying close attention to every last detail. Considering the scope of the work that had to be done, they left behind a relatively clean space by laying down drop clothes and cleaning up the work area as they progressed. The whole group presented themselves well and were always courteous, taking the time to explain the process to me along the way.
I would highly recommend this company and this group of workers!
