An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Jeffery was accommodating and prompt throughout the process. There was some confusion on an original date that we discussed to do the waterproofing and he took care of it immediately. He organized the best crew to come and complete the work and understood the requests we had with the care of our property and our neighbors.The only constructive criticism I would give is for him to be more genuine in his delivery when speaking to customers; we found him to be asking questions for the sake of asking and not extremely interested in the answer. Overall Jeff was excellent from start to finish and understands what it means to deliver quality work.
The installers were exceptional. They answered all my questions and took care of our property without any negativity or rebuttal when I asked for certain things to be considered and to be put back in a certain way. We are extremely particular with our home and expectations are hardly matched when we hire any company to work for us. This is not a clean job and extra care was taken when digging the dirt out and placement of it. RCC Waterproofing not only delivered quality work with their service and product; but gave us a very customer oriented crew which was much appreciated ...even if they killed our delicate Japanese tree peony! Just kidding guys, we know you tried to save it and we thank you again for all your hard work.
