There were drips of water coming from the back wall whenever it rained heavily. Jamie (Supervisor) came to inspect. Informed me of what the problem was and suggested a solution that was within my budget. He was very knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions and was so polite and seem to genuinely care. Roger with an assistant came and completed the work on time. They were both so knowledgeable, neat and tidy. The work was guaranteed in writing for a period of 25 years by RCC. The drips of water stopped even after several heavy rains. I strongly and highly recommend this company.
