An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
From the minute we called RCC until today we have had friendly, fast, and professional service. When Danny showed up he was able to tell us what needed to be done, how they were going to do it, and how much it would cost. When the crew showed up to do the job they were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The work of fixing our leaky foundation was done quickly and the clan up was perfect.
