I called RCC after reading several other positive reviews and being referred by friends that had great experiences. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff who came over to my house to give me a quote for an interior waterproofing. He was very professional and listened to all my concerns and explained how everything would be done start to finish making sure I understood and also answered any questions I had . When the installers arrived they were very courteous and professional. When they were finished they took the time to clean their work area thoroughly and explain the finished work to me and how it worked making sure I was satisfied.
