We are very please with the customer service and cleaning results from Reliable. Jimmy & Dave arrived on time and got straight to work on our townhouse stairs and two bedrooms. They were both very friendly and efficent. Now our carpets look & smell great! We will definitly be calling Reliable again.

We were very pleased with the work that was completed in our home today by Dan. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned our carpets in an efficient, organized manner. We were extremely pleased with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Gord and Dave arrived promptly and went straight to work. They were pleasant, courteous, and generous. Work was done efficiently and was of high quality. We greatly appreciate how much better the carpet looks.

So professional, tidy, and thorough! Shawn was our technician and he was awesome. Super polite, arrived on time (right on the dot!) and answered any questions I had. Our couch is huge and a lot of work to clean and he was very meticulous and careful handling it - he literally went over every spot with his brush. Will use their service again to get our couch cleaned once a year, and couldn't recommend them enough!

Very satisfied with the service from Reliable. I had other people clean this sofa and did not even come close to the great job Dan did. Our sectional sofa was lived in especially with a child and a dog. He knew exactly what to do to get the stains out and this sofa looks like new!! He was very knowlegable and pleasant. I bought a slipcovered sofa on Kijiji and failed to inspect under the cover. When I got it home I found that the upholstery was liquid stained in a whole lot of places, water damaged, little peanut butter daubs. Ewww!!! Dan breezed in and quickly had the sofa looking practically new again. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended. Thanks Dan!

They were prompt and arrived on time. The gentleman that serviced our home was named Dan.

Dan was great. He spent his time and was a perfectionist. He did an AMAZING job. I have used other companies in the past, but the service and the care taken to clean my carpet and upholstery was second to none. Dan even took his shoes off!

Extremely pleased with the service and results! I was hesitant because of a past poor experience with a different upholstery cleaning company but Reliable listened to my concerns and exceeded my expectations. Lindsay was friendly and informative on the phone to help me determine exactly what service I needed. Dan arrived on time and was meticulous in his work. My carpets were cleaned by Gord and Dave and they did an amazing job. Carpets look like new. Very friendly and very efficient.
On the same day, Dan cleaned three sofas. He was super meticulous and all the stains were removed.

Excellent results, the people were friendly and great. Very professional!
