Sears - Eaton Centre

We purchased a Kenmmore brand fridge and dishwasher from the Eaton Centre Sears location. Service was quick, seemingly knowledgeable, and we appreciated the salesperson's discussion on quality of brands (along with what company makes which brands). The price was right, somewhat negotiable, and brought with it quality appliances. Delivery was scheduled for a suitably workable time, was quick and painless, and left us happy. No problems with the appliances so far.

We will return when it's time for a range hood.

An indifferent sales rep, poor follow up sales, great delivery men, great (and honest) installer, poor planning by sales rep, no return phone calls, great pick up men (except through no fault of their own the pick up was five days late). I still await my bil of sale ten days after purchase.

I didn't realize business was so good at Sears!

My wife and I purchased our entire kitchen appliance set from Sears. We have heard of the great reputation with their service center so we thought that we would feel safe in case anything happened (which it did and they came and fixed the problem). The best part was being able to have different appliances get delivered on different days. that was really helpful as we were doing renovations and things needed to be timed in a certain way. thanks Sears!

I just happen to be walking through Sears Home at the Eaton's Centre and came across a very nice almost chocolate brown leather bed frame with head board and foot board. I couldn't believe the price as it was only $400 while in other stores it retailed for well over $1,000. Sears was able to deliver the bed frame within a few days and I love how it looks in my condo.

The product I purchased was of good quality.
The delivery and pickup process was easy and people knew what they were doing.
I would shop here again for my next furniture needs.

just moved into a new home. i was looking for a washer and dryer. i was so confused as to which one was good. the sales person at sears was very helpful and informative. i highly recommended going to buy applicances at sears.

The sales woman was great. She sold us a mattress, and then a davenport couch for our spare room (which converted to a bed - best thing ever) and the first delivery was fine. Then, the couch broke, and Sears decided that they were going to replace the whole thing. When the second delivery happened, about 7 months later, as agreed, the people who drlivered our couch clearly didn't care about the state in which they left our home. Dirty carpets, scratched ceilings, lights and walls - they left a trail of destruction which nearly made my cry. I called their customer service, who told us they weren't going to do a thing. If you're going to buy something from Sears - make sure you can get it home yourself!! Sears Home Delivery is NOT reccomended!

When we purchased our sofa we were not sure abot getting it delivered as you typically have to wait some time. However we got the delivery, and the delivery people were a little early, but waited outside our house for us to come home at the agreed time.

We had been shopping for quite a while to find a leather sofa we liked. We wanted a 'Natuzzi' brand. We visited the Sears store at the Eaton Centre. The sales people were very kind - not pushy. They will tell you when the sofa goes on sale. You can pick the style, colour and grade of leather. They sofa takes a couple of weeks. Ours came before schedule and was exactly what we had ordered. The prices are comparable to what other retailers sell Natuzzi at. I like Sears and the reputation it has.

I bought a new Kenmore stove from Sears. I was really impressed with the quality. It's attractive - flat top, self-cleaning and I have had no problems with the service. I would recommend Sear/Kenmore brand quality to anyone. Thanks
