Update: They contacted me to fix this. 8 stars for now. If they fix it long term i'll bump to 10 otherwise back at 1 for not honoring warranty
I purchased a kitchen from Sky Kitchen cabinets under 3 yrs ago. For the first two years things were ok. However, one of the doors started to warp and would not close correctly. After several phone calls and about a month of calling them, they finally sent someone in. I asked them to replace the door and they instead installed a mechanism that they said would fix the warp. Fast forward a few weeks, nothing got fixed. I've been trying to reach them for 2 months to get this issue fixed and they haven't got the decency to call me back. Furthermore I gave them business to another kitchen. My next step will be to contact the business bureau. I like Mohammed and Would liked to have recommended them but after much frustration and emails, I'll have to tell you to stay away.
