Will Never Buy From Sleep Country Again
Sales rep charged me regular price (total $1863) but item was on sale. I'd used my debit card. They couldn't refund me the difference so I have to wait 10 business days for a cheque for MY money (over $400). Scheduling delivery, the sales rep said we can do Sept 28th. I said I can't as I'm babysitting my grandson. We settled on Sept 29th. I get home and notice on the bill delivery will be Sept 28th. I call to remind them it s/b the 29th. They say sorry it's too late to change. We'll have to schedule another date. When I call head office, they suggest I go back to the store and speak to the manager. I said why should I have to drive back there? You should be offering to fix the problems for me.
Terrible service all around. I'll never shop there again.
