I have no negative experience. I learned a lot about the different types of mattresses and the sales person helped us find the perfect set for us. She seemed genuinely interested in getting us a better night's sleep and thoroughly explained our options for before and after the sales.
Will definitely shop at the Spruce Grove store again!
