My experience with Michael Ross was amazing. He guided me through all the features of the induction ranges I was considering, he knew so many things about the models and the service levels of the manufacturers, he chased down favourable pricing for me, he provided advice on the value to me of aspects of the ranges, and he was exceedingly thorough in checking the dimensional specifications of the ranges so that I could determine if a particular model would fit. This last point was very important to me because I needed the range to fit in a bit of a strange location in my existing kitchen (it is on an angle in a corner). The level of service he provided to ensure there would be no errors in my selection was phenomenal. To top it off, he was consistently patient (regardless of my many requests) and pleasant to work with. Thank you Michael.

Tasco failed to realize that the appliance delivery was going to be 1 range short. Went ahead anyway which resulted in a duplication of work to properly cover access floors in a condo with strict rules. Whilst our rep has repeatedly attempted to get “the powers that be” respond to his emails some weeks have passed without any word.
Such a pity as simple changes to / reinforcement / training of good process could avoid this happening and wrecking the overall customer experience.

Ordered a washer and dryer from Tasco.
They promised to have it delivered on a Saturday but no one called and it was not delivered. I called them and they promised it would be there the following Saturday. I took the day off and again they did not show. I called head office and they told me that they could not guarantee a delivery time as the units I ordered were on back order. They said it could go on like this for months as they "sold" 118 units but only had 18 units in stock. Dissatisfied with that response I went back to the store for a return. It became abundantly clear to me that this was familiar game to them seeing that my salesperson didn't say a word to me except in asking for my credit card. He didn't even ask why I wanted a refund. He just wrote "NO STOCK". What kind of business are they running here when they sell units they don't have and never come through on delivery? I would never recommend this business to anyone. If I could give a negative numbered rating I would. Stay away. They people are not honorable. Buyer beware!

Old microwave stopped working. Went to Tasco picked one and the price was right, we confirmed immediately with an online search. Installation was completed in a couple of days. Garbage removed from site all as promised. wigewas very happy. :-)

June 2015 we did a large kitchen renovation and purchased all new “Dacor” appliances. All appliances arrived except our fridge, it was on back order and would come shortly. One month later it came. We had trouble immediately with it, the water dispenser would not shut off. After numerous phone calls and 6 weeks later, it was fixed by taping a plastic coil to the back of the fridge. This was done with a large amount 3M tape as they could not understand what was wrong with it. Next the ice dispenser would not work, again numerous phone calls and 4months later still no answer. At this point we contacted Tasco, after all was said and done we got a full refund for the fridge and could choose what make and model we wanted for a replacement. Tasco was very accommodating and professional.

Bought all our appliances 2 years ago. Washer broke, and was never informed of Samsung recall. They did NOTHING except gave us phone number for Samsung and offered a $50.00 discount to buy another washer . Very frustarting as they do NOT stand behind theirs product. Gave us the run around for a week, until we gave up

The sales lady, the delivery men, and the installers were excellent. The deal went sour when the scheduler did not pay attention to our order. We called and called. He said they cannot deliver due to vacation conflict. The fridge was installed a week late. Our solution to this attitude was simple....the rest of the appliances are ordered from Caplans.

A very thorough Tasco Appliance professional representative gave me top customer service. She did what she could to make the entire experience run smoothly. From finding the right product for my family up to the delivery service was exceptional. The delivery men wwre thoughtful and considerate. And on time! I will definitely recommend Tasco to friends and family.

Just stay away from them. They will leave you high and dry to fend for yourself and aggrieved when you actually need service - although the extended service contract is with Tasco. You will have to deal with the manufacture since Tasco will do NOTHING beside book a service call . The manufacturer (whirlpool) has a horrendous customer service. They will leave you without a fridge or dishwasher for 2 weeks, then will not show up - which means you have to call them again. YOU CAN BUY THE APPLIANCE ANYWHERE FOR THE SAME PRICE SO JUST GO AND GET IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU ARE FOREWARNED!
