Tasco failed to realize that the appliance delivery was going to be 1 range short. Went ahead anyway which resulted in a duplication of work to properly cover access floors in a condo with strict rules. Whilst our rep has repeatedly attempted to get “the powers that be” respond to his emails some weeks have passed without any word. Such a pity as simple changes to / reinforcement / training of good process could avoid this happening and wrecking the overall customer experience.

We had approximately 3500 sq ft of space filled with “stuff”. Brendon Paul and their team packed and moved us efficiently into a condo with awkward access with smiles on their faces at all times. RoadRunners were highly recommended by family and we have recommended their service to friends!

This is the second time we called Steve. On the 1st occasion his advice over the phone was to replace the washing machine rather than repair! This advice having been taken we didn't hesitate to call when the dryer controls failed on Sunday evening. It was back in service in a busy household by 3pm the next day. Thanks Steve.

Steve's over the phone diagnosis was spot on. Not only were we aware of the final cost ahead of time he was able to bring the correct part with him for the single call needed to fix a wonky dryer. With previous problems on a fridge the telephonic diagnosis was accompanied by advice not to repair but rather replace. Seal All was working on a neighbour's driveway. I was impressed by the product being applied and engaged them to seal mine. Danny was most responsive and agreed to add in a small interlock repair for a fair price. The work was carried out flawlessly and I shall not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Joe and his team have been looking after our HVAC systems in a 30 year old house for many years.
