Called Joe and found him to be very pleasant and engaging.Answered a couple of questions re nature of call, type of appliance,gave him a model# and he had the part in the truck;he happened to be nearby,asked if now was convenient(it Was),and he showed up just a short time later. I found Joe to be knowledgeable,informative and nice to deal with,and the job was finished in short order, and all inside 2hrs.,from call to completion! Highly recommended!
