Repaired blocked drain on Maytag Whirlpool refrigerator freezer
We had a problem with water accumulating in the bottom of the freezer drawer in our refrigerator/freezer. It would build up and leak onto the floor. Tried defrosting a couple of times but it kept recurring. I called Joe and explained the problem. He was aware of this problem with freezer drain block in this model and had his own fix- he came prepared with the right equipment and solved the problem. So far, no recurrence, so it looks like problem solved.
It was easy to schedule the appointment, Joe arrived promptly and also called ahead to let me know he was on his way. We previously had him fix our old dryer and that is why I asked him back- as also solved that problem a couple of years ago and its still running. Highly recommended.
