I had my roof fully replaced in 2021. In April 2023 I contacted Dan because there was a leak coming from the chimney area. He sent someone out and looked and told me it was because of the chimney but that they were still going to send someone out to do repairs around the chimney and as such they would not entertain covering the cost of the internal repairs. We had a mason come in check it out and tell us that the chimney was absolutely not the problem and that it was the roof. Out of an abundance of caution we had the mason fix the chimney even though he told us it was not necessary. Now here we are in winter and the leak is there again. No one was ever sent to fix it. When we took on the project we were told that there is a 5 year warranty on labour - this is not being honured and the damage to my house in increasing. The warranty is worthless and this is a very dishonest experience.

Good afternoon to the best of my recollection you called us with a possible warranty leak last year and we sent people out twice and told you both times that your Chimney needed work and that to call us when it was repaired and we would come and make sure our work was good which you never did and now you have a leak.
Also, to refresh your memory when we originally did the replacement of the roof, you held back $500 payment off the total bill as we told you that we would try to re- seal an Eavestrough leak that you had that was nothing to do with our roof replacement, we were happy to send people out and like I explained to you yesterday we don't mind sending some people out now to check and make sure our job is fine as soon as the weather warms up this week as I explained.
