Whirlpool fridge broke down in mid Aug this year. Called TAS and they were able to come within a day. Luckily, they had the part in stock and were able to fix it within the week. Unfortunately I had to move all my food to my neighbors fridge, but it's not the fault of TAS. Their prices seem fair, and the service warranty is good if the problem wasn't fixed initially. So far so good.
