My experience with Turco Persian started off well after delivering my flood damaged rugs. I was contacted reasonably quickly with a quote for the cleaning and a small repair. When the rugs were ready, I was quoted a different (higher) price over the phone, and when my daughter picked them up the final price she paid was different yet again. My two phone calls with two different people were not helpful at all as their explanations made absolutely no sense.
The second person I spoke with said he would speak with the owner and get back to me. I'm still waiting.
To top it all off, when we finally unrolled one of the rugs in my son's house, it had stains on it. No one called to tell me about the stains and there is no mention on the invoice.
I have used Turco Persian before, but I will not use them again.

I’m sorry to hear that your experience with us was unsatisfactory. We inspect each rug thoroughly before and after cleaning. We also document the rug's condition and photograph it prior to doing anything. What can sometimes happen is that an old stain will appear more visible once the soil is removed from cleaning.
