Our ductless unit was leaking inside the house and all of the companies, including the one we bought the unit from, made the job seem much bigger and more costly than what it was. Visic Brothers listened to what I had to say and asked appropriate questions to better understand what was going on. They advised of the different scenarios that could be causing the issue and that most of them were relatively inexpensive solutions. Marco came to our house, did a couple of tests and advised exactly what the issue was. He temporarily fixed the leak and a technician came out shortly after to completely resolve.
