My Air Conditioner of 32 years finally died and my furnace was just as old. It was time to replace both. Of course it died on one of the hottest days. 32 degrees outside and my house was now 36 degrees. I called Angelo and he was over later that day. I made my needs clear and he gave me great advice and options. No pressure, just choices. I called 4 other companies and he gave me the best price right from the start. You can guess I called him back and he had it scheduled to be installed promptly. Kyle came to install on time and did a fantastic job. He took great care in his workmanship and took pride in the way it looked and always asked if I was satisfied. As you can guess I am very satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone. My system is amazing. Quite and so balanced for my home. Cooling upstairs is no longer an issue with my Lennox system. You can’t hear it but you can feel it. The way it should be. Thanks to the Visic Brothers for such great work.

Old furnace broke down. Tenants without heat at the end of December. Got three quotes Christmas eve. Visic Brothers were able to do the work on Dec 29. They got a gas hot water furnace, old one out, new one in and working. A good price and a great furnace. Very tidily installed. They left furnace room much cleaner than they found it. Very sound workmanship. Cordial and professional. I'm pleased and Visic Brothers are completely reliable.

Visic Brothers have done work for us in the past, so when the time came to renovate the basement and consolidate our heating and domestic hot water into one unit, a combi-unit, the choice was natural. Marko and Angelo were knowledgeable and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. Straightforward answers with no up-selling. I went with the Nevean combi-unit, which is compact and wall-mounted, and we had them install in-floor heating in the basement, powered by the same unit under a separate loop. We are more than satisfied with the result.
Kyle and John were professional, courteous and clean, and worked steady to get the job done quickly. We had them rough-in some gas pipes for future use of stove, dryer, and bbq, as well. Our contractor commented on how clean the work was.

We woke up this morning to a decidedly frosty air in our house as the furnace had quit. Visic Brothers was the installer labelled on our furnace so we gave them a call. Our call at 730am was promptly answered and a visit was scheduled for the morning. Mario arrived around 11am and promptly got to work. After a small argument about my CO detectors he set to work. The furnace was fixed quickly and the heat was restored. While the cost seemed reasonable, by only complaint was that it wasn't mentioned either in my original call, nor until the work was done. I did get a fair recommendation about the need for a proper cleaning which could wait until the Spring. I'm happy to support local businesses so would recommend Visic in the future.

During our recent basement renovation we hired Visic Brothers to replace our old furnace and a/c units as well as our rented water heater. We were incredibly happy with the service we received.

When we requested a quote for the work, Angelo came at our earliest convenience and was very detailed in outlining exactly what work would be included and before we signed the contract he continued to be very helpful in answering all follow-up questions we had.

The work started on time and was finished ahead of schedule. The team was able to remove the existing systems and replace them within the same day to ensure we did not ever have to be without our A/C or hot water which was very much appreciated. There was also a significant amount of duct work redone in the basement and we were incredibly happy with the results. We knew there was some room for improvement when it came to the clearance height in our somewhat low-ceilinged basement, but we were blown away by how big an improvement Angelo's design made. It was so much better than that proposed by other companies and beyond what we had thought possible.

Once the work was finished Angelo was quick to follow-up to discuss the work that was done and return our key. They also handled the return of our water heater to the rental company so we didn't have to worry about it.

I had a great experience with Visic Bros. They have been in the industry for a long time and their service and reputation speaks to it. Had an issue with my central AC unit, so called them and they showed up within 3 hours, told me what was wrong and repaired it the same day. Marko is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using them again.
