quoted $90., I had said to the team whilst there that if there were Extra work needed to resolve issue that i was willing to pay more. the two employees completed work that I was told was basically the standard when i had asked on telephone what job entailed, minus the unscrewing of 2 or 3 nails to further investigate(electric screwdriver). Told that the reason for inflated priceof $220,, after having chosen to tip on good service based on $90,, was the duration spent(exagerrated)and the "custom " work. Outrageous!!! DEREK established the cost of work provided after being called by one of the 2 very accommodating workers...not them, the BOSS. Really bad business policy.and would never ever use again, even though the fellows were good and efficient and polite.. But perhaps exagerrated efforts. Never use them again..and ultimately woman in office was defensive and immoveable when queried.

There is a reason why you see so many White Shark signs on peoples lawns! This company is very professional! They do an excellent job and the customer service is great! I called them for a free estimate and the person who showed up was very polite and answered all my questions. They have an easy online ordering system where you can book, manage and pay for jobs done. Very easy and convenient.

Every year I hire these guys. Once I hired a fellow that advertised by nailing a paper to a post. That guy showed up on a bike with a ladder on his shoulder and put my hose into the downspouts. White shark is professional, and cheaper that their competition. They do a great job and collect all the leaves in a bag for you to see.

Not sure what the story is with the negative reviews on this company, as we've tried others and found them to be absolutely the best! First of all, the pricing is very comptitive. Then they show up on time or shortly thereafter if it's raining. The teams are always courteous over the phone and in person. Best of all, they typicaly do a follow-up phone call a few days after the job to make sure you're happy. The windows are squeaky clean and I've checked the eaves from the rooftop - completely cleared out. No hesitation to recommend these guys

White Shark were one of the only companies willing to take on the task of our 3-storey townhouse. As all of our neighbours participated, they gave us a reduced price. We've used White Shark many times & will continue to do do in the future.

The company responded quickly to our call, gave an onsite estimate and scheduled the eaves cleaning quickly. They cleaned out downspouts as well as gutters. We were happy with the experience and would recommend it to others.
